我们的工作内容？
我们工作的主要内容是通过现场或者远程的方式，为客户提供主动式的支持服务：
与客户访谈，发现其SAP系统实施和运维中的风险和问题，并给出我们专业的更改建议
检查和优化客户系统，并给出优化的具体方案
为客户提供知识传递，帮助其提升SAP产品的运维水平
 

为了开展上述工作，我们必须
不断学习全球最先进的软硬件技术
分析不同行业SAP客户的核心业务流程、运维模式
总结各类经验教训，并发展出指导广大SAP客户的知识库或最佳实践
 

我们需要具备以下特质的人才
有较强分析能力来理解客户的需求，并乐于应对新的挑战
乐于学习市场上最新的软硬件技术，提高自己的技术水平
热衷于与各国的人打交道，并乐于吸收新事物
能够同SAP内外不同团队协作，跟踪解决客户的问题
