Job Summary:
Data analyst is responsible for supporting Managersor supervisor to maintain operating system Primary Responsibilities:
The primary roleof this position includes but not limited to the following:
• Completing configuration for each client oninternal operating system per the instructions from Client Managers orsupervisor;
• Assisting Client Managers to create Review Report;
• Configuring and retrieving Cspi reports foranalysis into business language;
• Creating summaries and keeping managementinformed of business trends;
In addition to above, well experienced candidatewill be responsible for below:
• Participating new development training andcascading knowledge to local users
• Gathering feedbacks and suggests and reporting todevelopment team for system enhancement
• Efficiently coordinating with Operations inensuring usefulness of reporting tools and outputs as well as ease in utilizingsuch in management planning for purposes of performance improvement
• Consistently finding ways to improve currentreporting processes, exerting effort to discover new methods of ensuringavailability of accurate, timely, useful and meaningful data
• Effectively communicates regularly withmanagement and various groups regarding the status of current projectinitiatives. Obtains executive guidance and approval as required to advanceinitiatives
主要职责:
本岗位主要职责包含但不限于以下:
• 根据客户经理及主管要求,对每个客户在内部操作系统中完成相关设置
• 协助客户经理建立周期性总结报告
• 在Cspi系统中设置并下载报告后进行数据分析
• 建立总结性报告并定期向管理团队报告运营趋势

• 参加新系统新功能培训并将知识传达给本地员工
• 收集关于系统的反馈及建议并向开发团队做出相关建议

Qualification Requirement:
• BS in Management Science, BusinessAdministration, Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience. Aprogramming background is preferred.
• With experience as a Data/Reports analyst
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese andEnglish. Fluent verbal English is desired.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications(database, presentation and spreadsheet applications – Excel, Access,PowerPoint)
• Experience with IBM COGNOS system or Oracle ispreferred

Position Description Summary:
The Trainer (Internal) will be responsible for thedevelopment of training materials across China and facilitation of training tointernal clients / Business Units, and execute all supporting trainingactivities within China operation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

5% | · Assess Training needs from training needs analysis (process and system) across china operation business units with the assistance from ops team lead and training team. |
10% | · Responsible for the development & design of various training modules and materials applicable |
10% | · Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of companysystems and processes, including other product, service and industry knowledge to be able to explain concepts and facilitate training to wide audiences of different learning modes. |
50% | · Provided onboarding training courses to new hire and cross training to current employees basing on job requirements or team requirement |
10% | · Coordinate training feedback from internal staff and incorporate feedback to training team and relevant materials for continuous improvement. |
5% | · Participate in project meetings and interact with different stakeholders (e.g. assess training needs for new systems, contribute and share information/knowledge with various teams, work with other trainers and the Training Manager to develop materials and execute training delivery). |
10% | · Help standardize documents and process of China and assistant in change management process |
Job Qualifications
