Position: Management Trainee (MT) 

 

Responsibility: 

The Management Trainee position is a development position. Over a 18-months period, the jobholder will gain professional experience in different areas of insurance operations. It is structured to provide fresh graduates or young talents with less than 3 years working experience with a chance to develop a fast-track insurance career.

Key responsibilities:

Rotate in key business functions 

Understand different insurance operations 

Review & Analyze key business processes 

Keep abreast with, understand and analyze insurance market and competitors information 

Conduct research and analysis on major insurance product areas, competitors, industry trends and Bank's best practices 

Participate in ad-hoc project or assignments 

 

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor or above Degree in any discipline 

University students to graduate in 2011, or experienced hire who have less than 3 years working experience 

High mobility to different working locations 

Ability to work independently 

Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written) 

Self-motivated, pro-active and capable of prioritizing with minimum guidance 

A strong team-player
